What I think is more important to our walk as Christians, is understanding and modeling how the Trinity works together. Each is independent and yet interdependent. We are blessed by all persons of the Trinity and the Trinity would not be complete if one part did not exist.
God’s language of love
Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we can speak in the language of God’s love, acceptance, mercy, forgiveness, and grace.
And He blessed them
Think about it for us, the last thing the pastor does in the service is to bless the congregation in the name of God and then to send them out to the world to be the witnesses of God’s love, grace, mercy and peace, no matter what the situation. As you go through your week, may you remember each of us have been blessed and sent out. May the Holy Spirit give us the power to proclaim in deeds and words the love and grace of God.
Feed My Sheep
God sees in us God-given gifts that we might even fail to recognize. God meets us where we are and invites us to the life-saving work of Feeding God’s Sheep.
Love makes us Real
On Sunday, our scripture told us of the disciple Thomas needing to see Jesus and touch his wounds for him to believe that Jesus’ resurrection was real; that Jesus’ appearance to the disciples the week before in the locked room was real.
