Woodway Elementary is another of our community partner organizations.
In this video, Pastor Lesley and Kelly discuss a collaboration with Woodway Elementary School called Woodway Reads. In addition, in the Fall of 2024, St. Matthew’s and other churches in southwest Fort Worth and Weatherford partnered together to provide once-a-month mentoring to the fourth graders at Woodway Elementary, called Academy 4. Each mentor is paired with one student for the school year. Each month has a theme for the day, which is reinforced with the student in a fun way.
